Shift/Hours:
FT Day with overlap hours to production swing shift (~8:30 am to 5 pm)

Job Description:
This position has three primary areas of responsibility and ownership: acting as first-contact presence in lobby with clients; general administrative support and customer service; and as point of contact on house account jobs that do not require sales or project management

Key Qualities:

Possess basic knowledge of preprint, print and display processes, devices and materials
Possess basic knowledge of order write-up on the Cyrious system so that jobs move through production smoothly and without question or error
Possess basic knowledge of BIGink production flow and capabilities, and how jobs move successfully through these areas
Employ excellent organization skills and methods
Be detail-oriented and thorough with each job in their control
Have a pleasant, bright & cheery, calm, can-do manner
Have initiative to constantly strive to develop ways to improve quality and job turn communication
Employ excellent attention to detail to match client expectations with results
Have an unwavering commitment to the client’s satisfaction as defined by BIGink standards
Effectively use tools such as email, meetings, organization, and planning to increase productivity, communication and clarity surrounding jobs
Maintains a positive, problem-solving attitude and approach with self, clients, and internal staff

Key Responsibilities:
The CSR:
Greets and assists all visitors to BIGink, whether in lobby or on the phone
Answers calls and handles communication of basic information (directions, book pricing, basic services, etc.)
Directs calls to appropriate BIGink staff
Files billed jobs and other administrative filing (numerical & alphabetical)
Manages incoming and outgoing faxes
Uses Excel and Word skills to support management, sales, and PM’s as needed on special projects
Maintains office supplies and facilitates ordering as necessary
Maintains an orderly, professional and welcoming lobby
Maintains courier/shipping logs and handles courier shipments and deliveries
Writes up straightforward jobs that will need no further CSR assistance to move through production and will need no further records than the work order and invoicing system provides. Follows up with clients on these jobs and communicates with production and clients regarding status as needed.
Emails client tracking information or follow-up on shipped jobs
Keeps Sales informed of status of any routine accounts with sales representation at regular intervals
Keeps peers and coworkers informed regarding absences and ensures that there is coverage on area and current jobs.
